Payment dates and amounts to be posted:
Checks payable to Hayfield Secondary School.
Fees will be adjusted using money from each student's individual fundraising account with his/her booster organization.
All fees paid that have not already been encumbered will be refunded if the trip is cancelled.
The first payment
will be non-refundable. Non-refundable deposits have to be made for this trip.
A student who makes a payment and then decides not to attend, must find another music student to take his or her place.
Otherwise, he or she will forfeit that payment. The student's replacement choice is subject to the approval of his
or her director.
